  Our body needs special care from us because our body is engaged in many different jobs at the same time. As we all know, our body has different parts and organs to function and work. Let’s take an example if we are at office or job, our body works physically and mental both. Same like this, our body is busy at the same time with many different jobs. This is why it’s important to take care of our health.   Most of the studies show that, In the 20th century, people are very busy with their work and like either it is a job, family, career or anything else. They can’t take care of their health and one of the most important factors is the bad habits adopt by the people. There are few Bad habits that people should avoid to live a healthy life: 8 hours of Sleep - Sleeping plays an important role for a healthy lifestyle. According to many studies, it is confirmed from many different doctors and organizations that if we don’t complete 8 hours of sleep per day, it started affecting our body.

Our body needs to be balanced for living a healthy life. This is why our body needs to hydrate all time, strong digestion, and needs to do exercise every day to release toxic and maintain the muscles, bones, and brain to work and perform well. Our body needs water more than food. Our body occupies 60 percent of water in it and the amazing factor is that organic fruit and veg also contain the same amount of water in them. So we can balance our water and nutrients from the same food. Fruit and veg are great sources of high nutrients. They contain a high source of fiber, Vitamins and minerals, carbohydrates, potassium, and many others. Fruits and veg which are good for hydration and nutrients both as well :

  1. Cucumber - It contains both well-balanced water and nutrients. It is the best and easiest way to consume food. It is an antioxidant food that promotes weight loss. People consume it in salad and take very little time. 
  2. Watermelon - Watermelon promotes hydration to our body. It is very good for heart health conditions and contains low calories in it that also helps in weight loss.
  3. Lettuce - Lettuce has many varieties available out there and it contains 96 percent of water in it. Iceberg lettuce meets all the requirements of vitamins and minerals in our body.
  4. Strawberries - Strawberries have so many benefits to our health. It hydrates our body as well as contains Vitamin C which is beneficial for many health conditions like reduces the risk of heart diseases, some kind of cancer, lower blood pressure, and many more.

It helps our minds to be strong and fresh, provide positive energy to our minds so that we can grow and perform well in our life. According to the study, It clearly shows that exercise helps in many health problems like it reduces the risk of heart stroke, helps in age factor, and keeps your health from outside to inside.
