There is a new theory proceeding its way around the fresh food industry. It's a blend of scientific processors and plant's own natural growth to create what is becoming known as synthetic
fresh food. Food today is lacking in various nutrients and its increased shelf life is greatly reduced.
Fruit today, including
fruit recognized as a
vegetable - such as tomatoes are often selected well underdeveloped and unripened and saved until they are required often for months at a time. Ethylene gas is usually used to ripen fruit when it is required for sale in Supermarkets.
From the moment a seed is planted in the soil it is subject to dozens of artificial additives to become growth and to kill insects and weeds. Chemical-based manure, Pesticides, Herbicides, and Fungicides are pumped into cropping land to the point soil microbes, earthworms, and other bugs and animals are driven out of the soil stopping the natural cycle of organic stuff breakdown which becomes the natural feed source for plants.
Depending on the laws in the nation the food has provided the seed itself may well be an artificial version of a natural plant with several DNA added or eliminated to improve a particular growth trait.
The single way we can get real
fruit and vegetables is to view for heirloom seed raisers and grow as much of our own fruit and vegetables in our private garden as we can.
Seems rather ironic that Science is building artificial ways to maintain an expanding world and in the means, half of the food is thrown out in waste.
Organic Farming is a tremendous, decent industry where the importance is placed on building a strong viable crop to pass to a customer market with less importance on the advantage margin. That is not to say Organic Farmers do not see for and attempt to make an advantage. All businesses require to run over the bottom edge, but with Organic Farming the advantage is made as a consequence of concentrating on giving quality, ethical consumer-focused products and not advantage regardless of quality or moral practices.
- See for Certified Organic growers or processors.
- Artificial Fresh Fruit and Vegetables are developed to deliver special taste and shape essence to a demanding customer market. Delicious fruit with no odd frames seems nice on the counter but not in the shape is at the detriment of organic nutrients and overall long-lasting quality goods.
- If pleasant buy direct from the producer.
- Look for Organic Food swap and distributing groups in your field. If there is none examine starting one.
- Dodge buying fruit and vegetables not raised in your regional area. The additional food has to travel the more likely it is to be managed synthetically to endure the trip or artificially ripened when it approaches its target.
