  • Milk or Dairy Products 

Organic Milk has more nutrients and better health. According to the studies, it shows that organic milk has higher nutritional content, and more value of omega 3 fatty acids and contains high levels of antioxidants properties in them. Conventional milk has chemical contaminants that are harmful to your children too.
