  Our body needs special care from us because our body is engaged in many different jobs at the same time. As we all know, our body has different parts and organs to function and work. Let’s take an example if we are at office or job, our body works physically and mental both. Same like this, our body is busy at the same time with many different jobs. This is why it’s important to take care of our health.   Most of the studies show that, In the 20th century, people are very busy with their work and like either it is a job, family, career or anything else. They can’t take care of their health and one of the most important factors is the bad habits adopt by the people. There are few Bad habits that people should avoid to live a healthy life: 8 hours of Sleep - Sleeping plays an important role for a healthy lifestyle. According to many studies, it is confirmed from many different doctors and organizations that if we don’t complete 8 hours of sleep per day, it started affecting our body.

Colorful Fruits and Veggie for a Healthy Life

Colors are the most beautiful thing in life. Colors are something that helps us to relieve stress and makes us happy. But what about colors in fruits and vegetables? Fresh fruit and veg are available in many different colors and shapes, even those that are very beneficial for our health too. Each fruit and vegetables have beautiful colors and different shapes in them which makes them look so attractive. May we all know, fruits and vegetables are so healthy for our health. They contain fiber, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, and lots more.
Let’s talk about the health benefits and the beautiful color of fruits and vegetables:
Strawberry - Strawberry has a ruby-red beautiful color and a very different shape to the other fruits. Strawberries are the top favorite food of the children. Like color, Strawberries are very good in taste too. Strawberries contain high amounts of fiber, vitamins, and a high level of antioxidants properties (polyphenols) in them. It helps our body to decrease the risk of cancer, protects our heart, increases the level of HDL which is good cholesterol, and many more other benefits.
Carrot - Carrots are a beautiful color in orange. This is the best for salad and raw eaten vegetables. It contains many beneficial nutrients in them like Beta carotene, Vitamin K1, fiber, and antioxidant properties. By consuming carrot daily, it will promote eyesight.
Tomato - Tomatoes are available in many different colors in a market. They contain beneficial healthy nutrients in them like lycopene and antioxidant properties that help in many health problems like cancer and reduce the risk of heart diseases.
Apple - Apple is the best fruit loaded with many beneficial nutrients in them. Apple contains antioxidant properties in them that prevent the risk and help in lung cancer, breast cancer, and the other different types of cancer. Fiber helps with colon cancer.
There are only a few fruits and vegetables I mentioned. All the fruits and vegetables contain many different nutrients in them which promotes our health and is beneficial for our health diseases. Colorful fruits and veggies are the best food that we should consume in our everyday eating habits.
