  Our body needs special care from us because our body is engaged in many different jobs at the same time. As we all know, our body has different parts and organs to function and work.   4. Spinach – Spinach is a leafy green vegetable, which is a high source of vitamin A and C  and contains antioxidant properties that help our body to reduce the risk of blood pressure.
